Chester Water Authority to Restrict Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) Next Week for Utility Improvement in Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – The Chester Water Authority is planning lane closures next week from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM on Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) in Brookhaven Borough, Delaware County, for water main improvement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. 

The work schedule is:
  • Tuesday, April 23, Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) between Brookhaven Road and Ridge Boulevard;
  • Wednesday, April 24, Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) between Cambridge Road and Whiteley Road; and
  • Thursday, April 25, Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) between Upland Road and Meadowbrook Lane.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Chester Water Authority will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
