Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Lenni Road Next Week for Utility Improvements in Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning to close Lenni Road between Route 452 (Pennell Road) and Llewellyn Road in Middletown and Aston townships and Chester Heights Borough, Delaware County, on Monday, August 27, through Friday, August 31, from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

During the closure, Lenni Road motorists will be detoured over Route 452 (Pennell Road), U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike), Valleybrook Road and Llewellyn Road.

Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area. The schedule is weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
