PennDOT - District 6 News: I-476, U.S 422 Overnight Lane Closures Next Week for Bridge Rail Repair in Montgomery County

I-476, U.S 422 Overnight Lane Closures Next Week for Bridge Rail Repair in Montgomery County

King of Prussia, PA – Single lane closures will be in place next week on southbound Interstate 476 and eastbound U.S. 422 in Montgomery County, for bridge rail repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:
  • Thursday, August 23, and Friday, August 24, from 10:00 PM to 2:00 AM, the left lane is scheduled to close on southbound I-476 between the Pennsylvania Turnpike and Ridge Pike interchanges in Plymouth Township; and 
  • Thursday, August 23, and Friday, August 24, from 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, the right lane is scheduled to close on eastbound U.S. 422 between the Sanatoga and Armand Hammer Boulevard interchanges in Lower Pottsgrove Township.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
