PECO to Close Main Street for Utility Improvement in Upland Borough
King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning to close Main Street between 10th Street and 11th Street in Upland Borough, Delaware County, on Monday, September 30, through Friday, October 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM for utility installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the closure, motorists will be directed to use 8th Street, Upland Avenue, 22nd Street, Route 352 (Edgmont Avenue) and Upland Road. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur.
PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
