PennDOT - District 6 News: Route 52, Route 152 Restricted Next Week for Tree Trimming Operations in Bucks and Chester Counties

Route 52, Route 152 Restricted Next Week for Tree Trimming Operations in Bucks and Chester Counties

King of Prussia, PA – Lane restrictions are scheduled on Route 52 (Lenape Road) in Chester County and Route 152 (Main Street/Limekiln Pike) in Bucks County, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for tree trimming operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

  • Friday, September 27 and Saturday, September 28, lane closures are scheduled on Route 52 (Lenape Road) between Tigue Road and Lake George Circle in East Bradford Township, Chester County; and
  • Monday, September 30, through Friday, October 4, lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Route 152 (Main Street/Limekiln Pike) between West Peace Valley Road and Peace Valley Road in New Britain Township and Chalfont Borough, Bucks County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because slowdowns may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent and subject to change.
