WV-PP Towne Center, LP to Restrict U.S. 1 South (Baltimore Pike) for Utility Construction in Middletown Township, Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – WV-PP Towne Center, LP is planning a lane closure on southbound U.S. 1 between Route 452 (Pennell Road) and Donovan Drive in Middletown Township, Delaware County beginning Monday, September 30, for utility construction, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. Weather permitting, the lane will be in place Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through the end of October.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

WV-PP Towne Center, LP will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
