Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Manchester Avenue/Rose Valley Road Weekdays for Utility Improvement in Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is scheduled to close Manchester Avenue/Road Valley Road between Baltimore Pike and Brookhaven Road in Media and Rose Valley boroughs and Upper Providence and Nether Providence townships, Delaware County beginning Wednesday, April 17, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The closure will be in place Mondays through Fridays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through the end of May.

During construction, motorists will be directed to use Baltimore Pike, Route 252 (Providence Road) and Brookhaven Road to access Manchester Avenue/Rose Valley Road. Local access will be maintained for local traffic.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent. 

Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
