Utility Companies to Restrict Three State Highways in Delaware and
Montgomery Counties

Aqua Pennsylvania will restrict two state highways in Delaware County and
PECO
Energy will restrict one state highway in Montgomery County, for utility
work,
the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said today.

Aqua Pennsylvania will restrict Rose Tree Road at Pot House Road in Upper
Providence Township, Delaware County, on Monday, January 9 through
Wednesday,
January 11, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for water main installation. Traffic
will
be controlled by flagging.

In addition, Aqua Pennsylvania will restrict Earlington Road at the
intersection of Strathmore Road in Haverford Township, Delaware County, on
Monday, January 9, through Friday, January 13, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for

water main installation. Traffic will be controlled by flagging.

Finally, PECO Energy will restrict Guthrie Road between Swedesford Road and

North Gulph Road in Upper Merion Township, Montgomery County, on Wednesday,

January 11 through Friday, February 17, for electrical conduit
installation.
Traffic will be controlled by flagging.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work

zone. All work is weather dependent.

Aqua Pennsylvania and PECO Energy will complete the work under three
separate
PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permits.
