SEPTA to Close U.S. 13 (38th Street) Next Weekend for Trolley Track Replacement in Philadelphia
King of Prussia, PA – Southeastern Pennsylvania Transportation Authority (SEPTA) is planning to close U.S. 13 (38th Street) at Spruce Street in Philadelphia, from 10 :00 PM on Friday, October 2, to 6:00 PM on Sunday, October 4, for trolley track replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the 24-hour closure, U.S. 13 (38th Street) motorists will be directed to use Spruce Street, 40th Street and Baltimore Avenue.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
