PECO to Restrict Route 3 (Market Street) Weekdays for Utility Improvements in West Chester Borough, West Goshen Township
King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning weekday lane closures on Route 3 (Market Street) between Walnut Street and Garfield Avenue in West Chester Borough and West Goshen Township, Chester County, on Wednesday, November 18, through Friday, December 18, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for utility work, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
PECO Energy will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
