SEPTA to Close Hilltop Road July 12-19 for Rail Crossing Repair in Upper Darby Township
King of Prussia, PA – SEPTA is planning to close Hilltop Road between Garrett Road and Bywood Avenue in Upper Darby Township, Delaware County, beginning Monday, July 12, for rail crossing repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. The closure will be in place 24/7 through Monday, July 19.
During the closure, Hilltop Road motorists will be directed to use Garrett Road, Avon Road and Bywood Avenue. Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur.
