U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway), Chichester Avenue Lane Closures Next Week for Geotechnical Drilling in Delaware County

King of Prussia, PA – Lane closures with flagging are scheduled on U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) and Chichester Avenue in Bethel and Upper Chichester townships, Delaware County, on Tuesday, August 17, through Friday, August 20, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for geotechnical drilling, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work locations are:

• U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) between Featherbed Lane/Mattson Road and Creek Parkway; and
• Chichester Avenue between U.S. 322 (Conchester Highway) and Larkin Road.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because significant backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by visiting www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
