Sinkhole Repair Scheduled on U.S. 30 (Exton Bypass) in West Whiteland Township
King of Prussia, PA – The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today that sinkhole repair is scheduled on westbound U.S. 30 (Exton Bypass) in West Whiteland Township, Chester County.
Motorists are advised of the following travel restriction:
- Beginning 9:00 AM, Wednesday, October 26, a 24/7 right lane closure is scheduled on westbound U.S. 30 (Exton Bypass) between the Business U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and the Route 100 (Pottstown Pike) interchanges. The lane closure is expected to remain in place until late November.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
Motorists can check conditions on major roadways by visiting www.511PA.com or downloading the 511PA mobile application. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and access to more than 1,000 traffic cameras.
