Nighttime Travel Restrictions Scheduled on U.S. 30 in Chester County

Nighttime travel restrictions are scheduled on U.S. 30 east and west
between
Airport Road and Manor Road in Valley Township, Chester County, on Sunday,
March 6, through Thursday, March 24, for bridge deck and expansion joint
repairs, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) said
today.
Crews will work Sunday through Thursday nights over the next two weeks.
U.S. 30 motorists are advised to allow additional time for travel during
overnight construction.
Eastern Highway Specialists, Inc. of Wilmington, Del. is the general
contractor
that will perform the work on both highways. The operations are part of a
$1.4
million contract to repair bridge decks and seal joints to preserve and
maintain structures in the Philadelphia region.
