Aqua Pennsylvania to Close Manchester Avenue/Rose Valley Road Weekdays for Water Main Improvement in Delaware County
King of Prussia, PA – Aqua Pennsylvania is planning to close Manchester Avenue between Baltimore Pike and Brookhaven Road in Media and Rose Valley boroughs and Upper Providence and Nether Providence townships, Delaware County, beginning Wednesday, September 19, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today. Weather permitting, the closure will be in place weekdays from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM through early November.
During construction, Manchester Avenue motorists will be directed to use Baltimore Pike, Route 252 (Providence Road) and Brookhaven Road. Local access will be maintained up to the work area.
Aqua Pennsylvania will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
