PECO to Restrict Several State Highways for Utility Improvements in Montgomery, Delaware and Chester Counties
King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning weekday lane restrictions on several state highways in Chester, Delaware and Montgomery counties, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for gas main installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
- Monday, August 27, on Township Line Road between Erbs Mills Road and Briar Hill Road in Whitpain and Montgomery townships, Montgomery County;
- Monday, August 27, through mid-September, on Eagle Road between St. Denis Lane and Earlington Road in Haverford Township, Delaware County; and
- Monday, August 27, through mid-September, on Paoli Pike between Sugartown Road and Callery Way in Willistown Township, Chester County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
