Norfolk Southern Railroad to Close County Line Road Next Week for Railroad Crossing Improvements in Upper Southampton Township
King of Prussia, PA – Norfolk Southern Railroad is planning to close County Line Road between Heaton Road and Somers Drive in Upper Southampton Township, Bucks County, on Monday, October 5 through Friday, October 9, for railroad crossing improvements, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
During the 24-hour closure, County Line Road motorists will be detoured over Route 232 (2nd Street Pike), Jaymor Road and James Way.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work area because backups and delays will occur. The schedule is weather dependent.
