The Philadelphia Prison System will test its Emergency Alert Siren today, Friday, February 5, 2016 at 12 o'clock, noon. The siren is tested on the first Friday of each month. If you hear the siren at any other time, it indicates an inmate escape. In that event, you should shelter behind locked doors and listen for news updates or follow us on Twitter @phillyprisons
