Travel Restrictions Scheduled on Several State Highways for Tree Removal
Operations in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware Counties

Daytime travel restrictions are scheduled next week on several state
highways
for tree removal operations in Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties, the

Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, November 13, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a right lane closure is
scheduled on southbound U.S. 1 (City Avenue) between 64th Street and
Hollingsworth Road in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery County;
• Monday, November 13, through Wednesday, November 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Route 32 (River Road) at
Narrows Hill Road in Bridgeton Township, Bucks County; and
• Monday, November 13, through Friday, November 17, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Garnet Mine Road between
Woods
Edge Drive and Bethel Road in Concord and Bethel townships, Delaware
County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur during construction. All scheduled activities
are
weather dependent.
