University of Pennsylvania to Restrict Several State Highways Next Week for Utility Improvements in Radnor Township

King of Prussia, PA – The University of Pennsylvania is planning single lane closures on several state highways in Radnor Township, Delaware County, on Monday, March 22, through Friday, March 26, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for traffic signal upgrade, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work locations are:

Delaware County
  • U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) between St. David's Road/Chamounix Road and Hillside Circle;
  • Radnor Chester Road between U.S. 30 (Lancaster Avenue) and King of Prussia Road; and
  • Matsonford Road between King of Prussia Road and County Line Road.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work areas because backups and delays will occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

The University of Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
