PennDOT announced that a lane closure is scheduled for shoulder stabilization work on Route 23 (River Road) between Route 320 (Swedeland Road) and Balligomingo Road from Wednesday, January 17, through Friday, January 19, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM.

Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area because backups and delays may occur. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
