PECO to Restrict Route 29, North Wales Road for Utility Work in Montgomery County
King of Prussia, PA – PECO Energy is planning lane restrictions with flagging on Route 29 (Main Street) in Schwenksville Borough, and North Wales Road in Upper Gwynedd Township, Montgomery County, on Monday, September 24, through Friday, September 28, from 9:00AM to 3:00 PM, for gas line installations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work locations are:
- Route 29 (Main Street) between Perkiomen Avenue and Route 73 (Skippack Pike); and
- North Wales Road between Weber Road and Hancock Road.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work areas. All scheduled activities are weather permitting.
PECO Energy will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
