restriction is scheduled on Chichester Avenue between Kingsman Road and
Thornton Road in Upper Chichester Township, Delaware County, for utility
installation;

lane
restriction is scheduled on Business U.S. 30 (Lincoln Highway) between

utility
installation; and
• Wednesday, August 2, through Friday, August 11, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
Hulmeville Road is scheduled to close weekdays between Old Lincoln Highway
and
Richardson Avenue in Middletown Township, Bucks County, for gas main

Southbound Hulmeville Road motorists will be detoured over Old Lincoln
