Travel Restrictions Scheduled on Several State Highways for Tree Removal
Operations in Bucks and Chester Counties

Daytime travel restrictions are scheduled next week on several state
highways
in Bucks and Chester counties for tree removal operations, the Pennsylvania

Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, July 31, through Wednesday, August 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Route 113 (Bedminster Road)
between
Route 313 (Dublin Pike) and Elephant Road in Bedminster Township, Bucks
County;
• Monday, July 31, through Wednesday, August 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Old Bristol Pike at Mill Creek
Road
in Falls Township, Bucks County;
• Wednesday, August 2, and Thursday, August 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on U.S. 322 between New Street and

U.S. 202 in West Goshen, Chester County;
• Wednesday, August 2, through Friday, August 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Parkersville Road between Route
926
(Street Road) and U.S. 1 (Baltimore Pike) in Pennsbury Township, Chester
County;
• Thursday, August 3, and Friday, August 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on New Falls Road at Thornridge
Pass
in Middletown Township, Bucks County;
• Thursday, August 3, and Friday, August 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Almshouse Road at Mearns Road
in
Warminster Township, Bucks County; and
• Friday, August 4, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with
flagging
are scheduled on Ship Road at Kings Road in West Whiteland Township,
Chester
County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur during construction. All scheduled activities
are
weather dependent.
