U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) Restricted Next Week for Temporary Traffic Signal Installation in Westtown Township, Chester County
King of Prussia, PA – Alternating lane closures are scheduled next week on U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) at the Pleasant Grove Road intersection in Westtown Township, Chester County, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for temporary traffic signal installation, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
PennDOT is installing the temporary traffic signal to help alleviate congestion during construction of a new connector road between West Pleasant Grove Road and Stetson School Drive by the Township. The temporary signal is expected to remain in place until the project's completion in late August.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the area because backups and delays may occur.
