Lane Restrictions Scheduled on Eastbound and Westbound I-76 for Emergency
Swing Gate Maintenance

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
the left lane will be closed on eastbound and westbound Interstate 76
between
the Gladwyne and Conshohocken exits in Lower Merion Township, Montgomery
County, on Saturday, July 23, from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM for emergency swing
gate
maintenance.
I-76 motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through this
area
or use an alternate route because delays will occur. The work is weather
dependent.
Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles by
visiting
www.511PA.com. 511PA, which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides
traffic delay warnings, weather forecasts, traffic speed information and
access
to more than 770 traffic cameras.
