Overnight Travel Restrictions Scheduled on U.S. 1 (Township Line Road) and
Baltimore Pike for Utility Improvements

Aqua Pennsylvania is planning overnight travel restrictions on U.S. 1
(Township
Line Road) and Baltimore Pike in Upper Darby and Springfield townships,
Delaware county, for water main installation, the Pennsylvania Department
of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, April 2, through Friday, April 13, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM the
following morning, lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled weeknights
on
U.S. 1 (Township Line Road) between Rolling Road and State Road in Upper
Darby
Township; and
• Monday, April 2, through Friday, April 27, from 9:00 PM to 6:00 AM the
following morning, lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled weeknights
on
Baltimore Pike between Thomson Avenue and Route 320 (Sproul Road) in
Springfield Township.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
Aqua Pennsylvania will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway
Occupancy Permit.
