Allentown Road and Eagleview Road to Close for Maintenance Operations in Montgomery County
King of Prussia, PA – Allentown Road and Eagleview Road in Franconia and Lower Providence townships, Montgomery County are scheduled to close for pipe replacement, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Sunday, July 15, from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM the following morning, Allentown Road is scheduled to close between Souder Road and Lower Road in Franconia Township. During the overnight closure, Allentown Road motorists will be detoured over Souder Road, Schoolhouse Road and Route 113 (Souderton-Harleysville Pike); and
• Monday, July 16, through Wednesday, July 18, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Eagleview Road is scheduled to close between Park Avenue and Ridge Pike/Main Street in Lower Providence Township. During the weekday closure, Eagleview Road motorists will be detoured over Park Avenue and Ridge Pike/Main Street.
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zones. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
