Route 32 (River Road), Bristol Road to Close Next Week for Maintenance Operations in Bucks County
King of Prussia, PA – Route 32 (River Road) in Upper Makefield Township and Bristol Road in Warrington and Warwick townships, Bucks County, are scheduled to close next week for maintenance operations, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Thursday, July 19, from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Bristol Road is scheduled to close between Mearns Road and Route 263 (York Road) for base repair and patching operations. During the daytime closure, Bristol Road motorists will be detoured over Route 263 (York Road), Route 132 (Street Road) and Mearns Road; and
• Saturday, July 21, from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Route 32 (River Road) is scheduled to close between Overlook Avenue and Riverview Avenue for pipe replacement. During the daytime closure, Route 32 (River Road) motorists will be detoured over Overlook Avenue, Park Place and Riverview Avenue.
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zones. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling near the work areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
