Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on Two State Highways for
Maintenance Operations in Montgomery County

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on two state highways in
Montgomery
County, for maintenance operations, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Tuesday, May 30, through Friday, June 2, from 8:00 PM to 6:00 AM, Terwood
Road is scheduled to close between Valley Road and Davisville Road in Upper
Moreland Township, for base repair. During construction, Terwood Road
motorists
will be detoured over Route 63 (Welsh Road), Route 611 (York Road) and
Davisville Road; and
• Wednesday, May 31, through Friday, June 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, the
right
lane is scheduled to close on southbound Route 100 between King Street and
U.S.
422 in Upper Pottsgrove Township, for shoulder stabilization.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
