Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on Several State Highways for
Maintenance Operations in Chester and Bucks Counties

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on several state highways for
crack
sealing and pipe replacement in Chester and Bucks counties, the
Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, October 30, and Tuesday, October 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Rock Raymond Road between U.S.
322
(Horseshoe Pike) and Dowlin Forge Road in East Brandywine Township, Chester
County, for crack sealing;
• Wednesday, November 1, through Friday, November 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
lane restrictions with flagging are scheduled on U.S. 322 (Downingtown
Pike)
between Boot Road and Copeland School Road in East Bradford Township,
Chester
County, for crack sealing; and
• Monday, November 6, and Tuesday, November 7, from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM,
Trumbauersville Road is scheduled to close between Creamery Road and Weisel
Road in Milford Township, Bucks County, for pipe replacement. During
construction, Trumbauersville Road motorists will be detoured over Creamery
Road, Kumry Road, and Weisel Road.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur during construction. All scheduled activities
are
weather dependent.
