Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on Several State Highways for Tree
Removal Operations in the Philadelphia Region

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on several state highways in
the
Philadelphia region for tree removal operations, the Pennsylvania
Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, October 30, And Tuesday, October 31, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Route 412 (Durham Road) at
Truagers
Crossing Road in Nockamixon Township, Bucks County;
• Monday, October 30, and Tuesday October, 31 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Westbourne Road between Route
926
(Street Road) and Barnview Lane in Westtown Township, Chester County;
• Monday, October 30, through Friday, November 3, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
lane
restrictions with flagging are scheduled on Glen Mills Road between Cheyney
Road and Spring Lawn Road in Thornton Township, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, November 1, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with
flagging are scheduled on Route 313 (Swamp Road) between Stump Road and New
Galena Road in New Britian Township, Bucks County;
• Wednesday, November 1, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with
flagging are scheduled on Westtown Road between Route 926 (Street Road) and
Station Way in Westtown Township, Chester County; and
• Thursday, November 2, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane restrictions with
flagging are scheduled on Route 413 (Durham Road) at Township Line Road in
Buckingham Township, Bucks County.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.
