U.S. 1 and Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) Lane Closures This Week for Roadway
Restoration in Philadelphia and Bucks County

Motorists will encounter daytime lane closures this week on U.S. 1
(Roosevelt
Boulevard) and Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) in Philadelphia and Bucks
counties,
for roadway restoration, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, March 5, through Friday, March 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a
single
lane and shoulder closure is scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1
(Roosevelt
Boulevard) between Comly Road and Old Trevose Road in Philadelphia and
Bensalem
Township, Bucks County; and
• Monday, March 5, through Friday, March 9, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, a
single
lane closure is scheduled on eastbound Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) between
the
Knights Road and U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) interchanges in Philadelphia and
Bensalem Township, Bucks County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on these highways
through the work zones because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled
activities
are weather dependent.
