I-95 Left Lane Closure Scheduled Next Week for Barrier Repair in Philadelphia
King of Prussia, PA – A left lane closure is scheduled in both directions on Interstate 95 between the Cottman Avenue and Academy Road/Linden Avenue interchanges in Philadelphia, on Thursday, January 31, from 9:00 PM to 5:00 AM, for barrier repair, the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area. The schedule is weather dependent.
The guide rail work is part of a $3.5 million project to replace guide rail across the Philadelphia region.
Long Fence Company, Inc. of Phoenixville, Chester County, is the general contractor on the project which is financed with 100 percent state funds.
