PECO to Close Eagle Road for Gas Main Improvement in Haverford Township,
Delaware County

PECO is planning to close Eagle Road weekdays between Clover Lane and
Merwood
Lane in Haverford Township, Delaware County, on Monday, July 10, through
early
September, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, for gas main installation, the
Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.
During the weekday closure, Eagle Road motorists will be directed to use
Darby
Road, Brookline Boulevard and Earlington Road.
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zone. Motorists are
advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work area.
PECO will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
