I-95 Girard Point Bridge Lane Closure Scheduled Friday in Philadelphia for
Bridge Inspection

The right lane is scheduled to close on the northbound deck of the
Interstate
95 Girard Point Bridge in Philadelphia on Friday, October 13, from 9:00 AM
to
3:00 PM, for bridge inspection, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on northbound I-95
through the work area because slowdowns will occur. The schedule is weather
dependent.
The inspection is part of PennDOT's program to inspect bridges at least
once
every two years to ensure the safety and overall condition of the
structures.
