I-476, I-76, I-95 Among Several Highways Restricted Next Week for Overhead
Sign Inspections in Delaware and Montgomery Counties

Lane closures are scheduled next week on several state highways and
interstates
including Interstate 476, Interstate 76, and Interstate 95 in Delaware and
Philadelphia counties for overhead sign inspections, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Monday, May 21, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
the
ramp from southbound I-476 to I-76 West in West Conshohocken Borough,
Montgomery County;
• Monday, May 21, from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, a right lane closure is
scheduled
on the ramp from northbound I-476 to Matsonford Road in West Conshohocken
borough, Montgomery County;
• Monday, May 21, from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM, a left lane closure is
scheduled on
the ramp from eastbound I-76 to I-476 North in West Conshohocken Borough,
Montgomery County;
• Monday, May 21, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
Matsonford Road between Old Gulph Road and Route 23 Crawford Avenue) in
West
Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery County;
• Monday, May 21, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
the
ramp from northbound I-476 to Germantown Pike in Plymouth Township,
Montgomery
County;
• Tuesday, May 22, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
northbound U.S. 202 (Wilmington Pike) between State Line Road and Route 491
(Naamans Creek Road) in Concord Township, Delaware County;
• Tuesday, May 22, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
the
ramp from Bethel Road to I-95 South and U.S. 322 West in the City of
Chester,
Delaware County;
• Tuesday, May 22, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
eastbound U.S. 322 between the I-95 and U.S. 13 interchanges in Chester
Township, Delaware County;
• Tuesday, May 22, from 12:00 PM, to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
the ramp from westbound U.S. 322 to I-95 South in Chester Township,
Delaware
County;
• Tuesday, May 22, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled in
both
directions on U.S. 13 (9th Street) between Engle Street and Edwards Street
in
Chester Township, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, May 23, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
Lawrence Road between Route 3 (West Chester Pike) and Sussex Boulevard in
Marple Township, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, May 23, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
Route 291 (Industrial Highway) between Route 291 (Bartram Avenue) and
Departures Road in Tinicum Township, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, May 23, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
westbound Route 3 (West Chester Pike) between I-476 and Eagle Road in
Haverford
Township, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, May 23, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
southbound I-476 between the Media/Swarthmore and U.S. 1 interchanges in
Nether
Providence, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, May 23, from 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
Route 420 (Wanamaker Avenue) between U.S. 13 (Chester Pike) and Route 291
(Industrial Highway) in Tinicum Township, Delaware County;
• Wednesday, May 23, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled
on
the ramp from northbound I-95 to Route 420 (Wanamaker Avenue) in Tinicum
Township, Delaware County;
• Thursday, May 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
Matsonford Road between Old Gulph Road and Route 23 Crawford Avenue) in
West
Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery County;
• Thursday, May 24, from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
the
ramp from northbound I-476 to Germantown Pike in Plymouth Township,
Montgomery
County; and
• Thursday, May 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane closures are scheduled on
MacDade Boulevard between Bullens Lane and Fairview Road in Ridley
Township,
Delaware County.
Drivers are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas.
