PECO to Restrict Several State Highways for Utility Improvements in
Montgomery and Delaware Counties

PECO is planning weekday lane restrictions on several state highways in
Montgomery and Delaware counties, for utility improvements, the
Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, May 14, through Monday, May 28, from 7:00 PM to 5:00 AM the
following
morning, lane restrictions are scheduled on Route 23 (Front Street) between

Bullock Avenue and Crawford Avenue in West Conshohocken Borough, Montgomery

County;
• Monday, May 14, through Friday, June 15, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on State Road at Lindale Avenue in Upper Darby
Township, Delaware County;
• Monday, June 4, through Thursday, June 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on School Road between Boehms Church Road and
Route
73 (Skippack Pike) in Whitpain Township, Montgomery County;
• Monday, June 4, through Thursday, June 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Susquehanna Road between Boone Avenue and
Wilson
Avenue in Abington Township, Montgomery County;
• Monday, June 4, through Thursday, June 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Greenwood Avenue between Meadowland Drive and

College Avenue in Upper Providence Township, Montgomery County; and
• Monday, June 4, through Thursday, June 14, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM, lane
restrictions are scheduled on Blair Mill Road between Lynne Avenue and Fair

Oaks Avenue in Hatboro Borough, Montgomery County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas. All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

PECO will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
