U.S. 30, I-476, I-95 Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week for Guide Rail
Repair in Chester, Delaware and Bucks Counties

Travel restrictions are scheduled next week on U.S. 30, Interstate 476, and
Interstate 95 in Chester, Delaware and Bucks counties for guide rail
repairs
the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.
The work schedule is:
• Tuesday, May 29, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary lane closures are
scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the Route 10 (Octorara
Trail)
and Route 82 (Manor Road) interchanges in Sadsbury, West Caln, Valley and
City
of Coatesville, Chester County;
• Tuesday, May 29, and Wednesday, May 30, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the
following morning, a left lane closure is scheduled on southbound I-476
between
the U.S. 1 and I-95 interchanges in Nether Providence, Delaware County;
• Tuesday, May 29, through Friday, June 1, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the
following morning, temporary lane closures are scheduled in both directions
on
I-95 between the U.S. 1 and Yardley/Newtown interchanges in Middletown, and
Lower Makefield townships, Bucks County;
• Thursday, May 31, from 10:00 PM to 5:00 AM the following morning, a left
lane
closure is scheduled on northbound I-476 between the U.S. 1 and Route 3
interchanges in Marple Township, Delaware County; and
• Thursday, May 31, and Friday, June 1, from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM, temporary
lane closures are scheduled in both directions on U.S. 30 between the Route
10
(Octorara Trail) and Route 82 (Manor Road) interchanges in Sadsbury, West
Caln,
Valley and City of Coatesville, Chester County.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
areas
because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled activities are weather
dependent.
