Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission to Restrict I-95 for
Resurfacing Operations in Bucks County

The Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission (DRJTBC) is planning lane
restrictions on northbound and southbound Interstate 95 in Lower Makefield
Township, Bucks County, for milling and paving operations, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced.
The work schedule is:
• Thursday, June 9, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM the following morning, the
right
lane is scheduled to close on southbound I-95 between the New Hope/Yardley
and
Newtown/Yardley interchanges;
• Monday, June 12, through Friday, June 16, from 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM the
following morning, the right lane is scheduled to close on northbound I-95
between the Newtown/Yardley and New Hope/Yardley interchanges; and
• Monday, June 12, through Friday, June 16, from 7:00 PM to 6:00 AM the
following morning, the right lane is scheduled to close on southbound I-95
between the New Hope/Yardley and Newtown/Yardley interchanges.
Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
area.
The schedule is dependent on the weather.
DRJTBC will complete this project under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
