Travel Restrictions Scheduled Next Week on U.S. 422 in Montgomery County
and U.S. 30 in Chester County for Maintenance Operations

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
travel restrictions will occur next week on U.S. 422 in Montgomery County,
and
U.S. 30 in Chester County, for base repair and sweeping operations.

The work schedule, which is weather dependent, is:

•Sunday, June 19, through Friday, June 24, from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM,
intermittent lane restrictions are scheduled on eastbound U.S. 422 between
the
Sanatoga and Armand Hammer Boulevard interchanges in Lower Pottsgrove
Township,
Montgomery County, for base repairs; and

•Monday, June 20, through Thursday, June 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,
intermittent lane restrictions are scheduled on U.S. 30 between Route 10
(Octorara Trail) and U.S. 202 in Sadsbury, Valley, West Brandywine, Caln,
East
Caln, West Whiteland and East Whiteland townships, Chester County, for
sweeping
operations.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through these work

zones.
