PennDOT to Close Diamond Street and Blooming Glen Road in Hilltown Township
for Base Repairs

Diamond Street will be closed and detoured between Route 113 and Route 152
in
Hilltown Township, Bucks County, from Monday, September 26, through Friday,
September 30, form 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for base repair, the Pennsylvania
Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced. During
construction,
Diamond Street will be detoured over Route 113 (Souderton Road) and Route
152
(Park Avenue).
In addition, Blooming Glen Road will also be closed and detoured between
Route
113 and Branch Road in Hilltown Township, from Monday, September 26,
through
Tuesday, October 4, form 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, for base repair. Blooming Glen
Road motorists will be detoured over Route 113, Callowhill Street to 5th
Street.
Local access will be maintained up to the construction zones. Motorists are
advised to allow extra time when traveling through these areas.
The work will be completed by PennDOT Bucks County maintenance employees.
