PennDOT to Close Valley Road Two Days in Edgmont Township for Drainage Pipe
Replacement

The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation (PennDOT) today announced
that
Valley Road will be closed and detoured at Gradyville Road in Edgmont
Township,
Delaware County, on Tuesday, October 4, and Wednesday, October 5, from 9:00
AM
to 3:00 PM, for the replacement of a deteriorated drainage pipe.
During the daytime operation, Valley Road through traffic will be detoured
over
Route 352 and Gradyville Road. Local access will be maintained up to the
construction. Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling
through
the area.
The work will be completed by PennDOT Delaware County maintenance
employees.
