PECO to Restrict Several State Highways Next Week for Utility Improvements
in Delaware and Chester Counties

PECO is planning lane restrictions next week on several state highways in
Delaware and Chester Counties, for gas main work, the Pennsylvania
Department
of Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, February 12, through Friday, February 16, from 8:00 PM to 5:00
AM,
overnight lane restrictions are scheduled on Dekalb Street (U.S. 202 North)

between Schuylkill Avenue and Main Street in Norristown, Montgomery County;
• Monday, February 12, through Thursday, February 22, from 7:00 PM to 5:00
AM,
lane restrictions are scheduled weeknights on Pyle Road between U.S. 202
and
Concord Crossing Lane in Concord Township, Delaware County; and
• Monday, February 12, through Friday, February 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
lane restrictions are scheduled weekdays on Conestoga Road between U.S. 30
(Lancaster Avenue) and Upper Gulph Road in Tredyffrin Township, Chester
County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling through the work
area.
All scheduled activities are weather dependent.

PECO will complete these projects under a PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit.
