PennDOT to Repair Potholes Next Week on More Than 60 State Highways in the
Philadelphia Region

PennDOT maintenance and contractor crews will be working on more than 60
state
highways next week to repair deteriorated pavement across the five-county
Philadelphia region. The roadways include:

Bucks County

• Interstate 95 in Bensalem, Bristol, Middletown, Lower Makefield
townships;
• U.S. 1 in Bensalem, Middletown townships;
• U.S. 202 in Buckingham, Solebury townships;
• Route 32 (River Road) in Lower Makefield Township;
• Route 113 (Main Street) in Hilltown Township;
• Route 132 (Street Road) in Bensalem Township;
• Route 152 (Limekiln Pike) in New Britain, Hilltown townships
• Route 309 (Bethlehem Pike) in Hilltown, West Rockhill, Richland
townships;
• Route 413 in Newtown, Middletown, Buckingham, Plumstead townships;
• Route 563 (Mountain View Drive) in Haycock Township;
• Route 611 (Easton Road) in Riegelsville Borough
• Countyline Road in Hilltown, Milford townships, Telford Borough;
• Old Bethlehem Pike in Haycock Township;
• Elephant Road in Bedminster Township;
• Ridge Road in Bedminster Township;
• Blue School Road in Bedminster Township;
• Oxford Valley Road in Middletown Township;
• Big Oak Road in Middletown Township;
• Station Avenue in Bensalem Township;
• Almshouse Road in Warwick Township;
• Hilltown Pike in Hilltown Township;
• Ferry Road in New Britain Township;
• Langhorne-Yardley Road in Middletown Township; and
• Bridgetown Pike in Middletown Township.

Chester County

• U.S. 1 in Penn, Lower Oxford, West Nottingham townships;
• Route 29 (Manavon Street) in Phoenixville Borough;
• Route 52 (Lenape Road) in Pocopson Township;
• Route 401 (Conestoga Road) in East Nantmeal Township;
• Route 724 (Schuylkill Road) in East Coventry Township;
• Westtown Road in Westtown Township;
• Sugartown Road in Easttown Township;
• Lincoln Avenue in East Caln Township;
• Hibernia Road in West Brandywine Township;
• Swinehart Road in West Brandywine Township;
• Corner Ketch Road in East Bradford Township; and
• Hopewell Road in East Brandywine Township.

Delaware County

• Interstate 95 In Tinicum, Ridley, Chester, Upper Chichester, Lower
Chichester
townships, Upland Borough, City of Chester; and
• U.S. 322 in Concord, Bethel, Upper Chichester townships.

Montgomery County

• U.S. 422 in Upper Providence, Lower Providence townships;
• Route 63 (Sumneytown Pike) in Marlborough Township;
• Route 73 (Skippack Pike) in Skippack Township;
• Route 29 (Gravel Pike) in Marlborough Township, Collegeville Borough;
• Route 113 (Souderton Pike/Trappe Road) in Lower Salford, Upper Providence

townships;
• Route 309 in Springfield, Cheltenham townships;
• Route 463 (Horsham Road) in Horsham Township;
• Route 663 (Charlotte Street) in Upper Pottsgrove Township;
• Cowpath Road in Salford, Franconia townships;
• Allentown Road in Franconia, Lower Salford townships;
• Perkiomenville Road in Upper Frederick, Lower Frederick townships;
• Hill Road in Lower Frederick Township;
• Palm Hill Road in Upper Hanover Township;
• Kutztown Road in Upper Hanover Township;
• Morwood Road in Franconia Township;
• Swamp Creek Road in Marlborough Township;
• Ridge Pike in Limerick Township;
• School Road in Whitpain Township;
• Flint Hill Road in Upper Merion Township;
• Radnor Road in Upper Merion Township; and
• Interchange Ramps in King of Prussia, Upper Merion Township.

Philadelphia

• Interstate 95;
• Interstate 76;
• Interstate 676; and
• U.S. 1.


Crews will restrict travel lanes on these state highways to patch areas of
deteriorating pavement. Motorists are advised to be alert of this moving
operation and to expect intermittent lane closures and possible slowdowns
when
driving near work crews. All activities are weather dependent.

PennDOT would also like to remind motorists that potholes and other roadway

concerns on state roads can be reported by calling 1-800-FIX-ROAD or
visiting
www.penndot.gov and clicking on "Submit Roadway Feedback."

Motorists can check conditions on more than 40,000 roadway miles, including

color-coded winter conditions on 2,900 miles, by visiting www.511PA.com.

which is free and available 24 hours a day, provides traffic delay
warnings,
weather forecasts, traffic speed information, and access to more than 850
traffic cameras.

Android
devices, by calling 5-1-1, or by following regional twitter alerts
