Motorists will encounter weekday lane restrictions on Route 320 (Chester
Road)
at Avondale Road, and Yale Avenue at Fieldhouse Lane in Swarthmore Borough,

Delaware County, beginning Wednesday, February 28, from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM,

ADA curb ramp installations and various other pedestrian and bicycle
enhancements to improve safety, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation
(PennDOT) announced today. The weekday lane restrictions on both state
highways
will be in place through late April.

Swarthmore Borough. The entire project is expected to be completed this
spring.

Marino Corporation of Skippack, Montgomery County, is the general
contractor on
the project which is financed with 100 percent federal funds.
