U.S. 1, Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) and I-95 Lane Closures Next Week for ITS
Installations in Philadelphia Region

Motorists will encounter daytime and nighttime lane closures next week on
U.S.
1 (Roosevelt Boulevard), Route 63 (Woodhaven Road) and Interstate 95 in
Philadelphia and Bucks and Delaware counties, for Intelligent
Transportation
System (ITS) installations and testing, the Pennsylvania Department of
Transportation (PennDOT) announced today.

The work schedule is:

• Monday, February 19, through Wednesday, February 21, from 9:00 PM to 5:00
AM,
a single lane closure is scheduled in both directions on I-95 between the
Interstate 476 and Ridley Park interchanges in Ridley Park Borough and
Ridley
Park Township, Delaware County;
• Monday, February 19, through Friday, February 23, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM, a
single lane closure is scheduled on westbound Route 63 (Woodhaven Road)
between
the Knights Road and U.S. 13 (Bristol Pike) interchanges in Philadelphia
and
Bensalem Township, Bucks County; and
• Monday, February 19, through Saturday, February 24, from 9:00 AM to 3:00
PM,
a single lane closure is scheduled in both directions on U.S. 1 (Roosevelt
Boulevard) between Comly Road and Old Trevose Road in Philadelphia and
Bensalem
Township, Bucks County.

Motorists are advised to allow extra time when traveling on these highways
through the work zones because slowdowns will occur. All scheduled
activities
are weather dependent.
