Flash Flood Warning until 6:30am. Dangerous flooding is occurring. Do not drive through flooded roads.
The National Weather Service in Mount Holly NJ has issued a
* Flash Flood Warning for... Northeastern Philadelphia County in Southeastern Pennsylvania until 630 am EDT. At 429 am EDT Doppler radar indicated showers and thunderstorms have produced 1 to 2 inches of rain within the past two hours across the warned area. Flash flooding is occurring now along the Pennypack creek.
Another batch of lesser intense rain will occur by 515 am and then the Pennypack and all flood waters should quickly recede. Some locations that will experience flooding include... Philadelphia, Tacony, Holmesburg, Northeast Philadelphia and Wissinoming.

Move to higher ground now. Act quickly to protect your life. Turn around... don't drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles.
